Rehabilitation Software Cyclopedia (“Resopedia”) welcomes you. Services provided by Resopedia subject to the following Terms of Services, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice. Resopedia may also add other Terms of Service.

Information on Resopedia which bears the name of the Association for Engineering and Medical Volunteer Services (“EMV”) as the issuing party, or is otherwise authored by EMV, may be reproduced, quoted or re-disseminated only for non-commercial use provided that EMV as the source of information is acknowledged. The permission to reproduce, quote or re-disseminate the information or material contained in Resopedia however does not extend to any information or material on Resopedia produced by, or the copyright of which belongs to, any other person, organization or any other third party. Non-commercial reproduction or re-dissemination of the training software in Resopedia is permitted. However, prior consent by the EMV in writing is required.

You acknowledge and agree that the recommended software in the services contain proprietary information that is protected by applicable intellectual property law and other laws. Copyright belongs to and is reserved by the owner. EMV does not accept any responsibilities or liability (including liability for negligence) for any loss or damage incurred whatsoever by any person as a result of any actual or alleged infringement of copyrights or other intellectual property rights. If you reproduce, quote or re-disseminate software sited in Resopedia, must be follow the Terms of service of the software suppliers must be complied with. EMV declares that it does not accept any advantages from software suppliers and Resopedia service users.

The information provided by Resopedia is for reference only. If you conduct consultation lodge, complaints through Resopedia or for some other purposes, you may be invited to provide personal data to EMV through Resopedia on a voluntary basis.
